Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for an L2 Support Team Engineer.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Maintaining QA Jira Kaban Board;
    • Creating bug-fixing tasks for developers;
    • Updating Jira tickets daily and constant business support for our Clients and Partners;
    • Contacting partners remotely to find and reproduce any technical problems.

    We expect from you:

    • Advanced PC user (ability to eliminate technical problems (both software and hardware), work with RAM and CPU consumption monitoring);
    • Understanding of client-server operation (status codes, HTTP methods);
    • Understanding the organization of TCP/IP networks, IPv4 addressing, DNS, DHCP, operation and settings of network equipment; knowledge of HTML/CSS;
    • knowledge of JavaScript basics.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
