Job Description

1. Responsible for building the overall strategy for content ecosystem games in European and American communities (including official accounts/UGC ecosystem), including character design and content style.

2. Responsible for recruiting and operating overseas creators, and through in-depth insights into the content consumption trends of young people in Europe and America, combined with game features, planning content and activities that conform to platform and user aesthetics.

3. Connect with mainstream European and American content platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, establish good cooperative relationships, strive for platform resource support, and promote the efficient dissemination of UGC content on various platforms; at the same time, discover and integrate high-quality KOL and KOC resources to carry out relevant cooperation activities.

4. By analyzing UGC content data and user behavior data, provide feedback to the product to propose tools and functions that promote UGC and lower the threshold for creation.

Job Requirements

1. Around 3 years of experience in the gaming industry, having led or deeply participated in the formulation of community/UGC strategies for content ecosystem-driven products.

2. Familiar with European and American culture, familiar with the communication logic of platforms like TikTok and YouTube, and creative planning ability is a plus.

3. Strong sense of time and coordination, good at cross-departmental communication, agile thinking and quick action.

4. Senior gamer, long-term active in player communities, genuine love for the gaming industry preferred.

5. Content creation experience preferred.
