Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves engaging with Senior Leadership at Guardian to identify, intake, and initially assess automation opportunities. The consultant will conduct high-level walkthroughs, develop Cost & Benefit Analyses (CBA) and business cases, and validate these with business sponsors for approval within set timelines. Additionally, the individual will serve as a Business Analyst for one or more in-development automation projects.
Must have:
- Engage with Senior Leadership for automation opportunity identification, intake and initial assessment
- Develop Cost & Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Biz cases
- Validate CBAs with Biz Sponsor and seek approval on submitted Biz cases
- Act as a Business Analyst for In-Development Automation Projects

- He/ She will be responsible for validating the CBAs with Biz Sponsor and seeking approval on submitted Biz cases within stipulated timelines
- He/ She will be aligned to one or more In-Development Automation Projects in a capacity for a Business Analyst
