Job Description
As a Lead Developer Embedded Software, you will lead and coordinate the SW development team, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion. Your mission includes technical guidance and mentoring, overseeing the entire software development process from analysis to testing. You will ensure best practices, resolve conflicts, and continuously develop SW architectures and test strategies. Additionally, you will analyze existing architectures for weaknesses and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Must have:
- Lead and coordinate the SW development team
- Ensure projects are completed on time and with best quality
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Oversee the entire software development process from analysis to testing
- Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews and test strategies
- Actively resolve conflicts and mediate within the development team
- Conceive and further develop SW architectures and test strategies
- Coordinate the test strategy with test departments
- Analyze existing SW architectures to identify and eliminate technical weaknesses
- Monitor and evaluate new technologies and trends for process improvement

Job Details
You will take over the technical leadership and coordination of the SW development team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and with the best quality. You are also responsible for the technical guidance and mentoring of team members to continuously promote their skills.
- Holistic support of the entire software development process in the development team, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and testing
- Ensuring best practices in software development, including code reviews and test strategies
- Active conflict resolution and mediation within the development team to promote a productive working environment
- Conception and further development of SW architectures and test strategies
- Coordination of the test strategy with the test departments
- Analysis of existing SW architectures to identify and eliminate technical weaknesses
- Monitoring and evaluating new technologies and trends with the aim of initiating innovative impulses and sustainable improvements in the development process.
