Reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager, the Lead Development Representative (LDR) is a dynamic, customer-focused individual crucial for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. As the first point of contact, the LDR builds rapport, understands needs, and guides prospects through the sales process. Responsibilities include generating high-quality leads via various channels, assessing their potential, and reaching out through cold calling, email, text, and social media to schedule meetings. The role also involves prompt follow-up on inbound leads, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve goals.

Department Overview

Reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager, and in collaboration with the Envysion Growth Marketing Manager, the Lead Development Representative (LDR) holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about sales development and is highly customer-focused and efficient. As an LDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, and your ability to build rapport, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process will be essential to our success.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including Zoominfo, trade show lists, Salesforce data, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualifying: Assess the potential of leads by evaluating their fit with our ideal customer profile and their budget.
  • Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential customers to introduce our products or services and schedule meetings or demos via cold calling, email, text, and social media.
  • Inbound Lead Follow-up: Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Internal Reporting: Report weekly progress to the Marketing Team for alignment on inbound and outreach efforts.
  • Sales Process: Adhere to our established sales process and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales processes.

We will be accepting applications between 8/8/25 and 8/22/25

Target Base Salary Range: $30,450 - $56,550 USD

Hybrid - Will be in office 3 days a week
