Job Description
This is a full-time Lead Planner position in Shenzhen, China. Responsibilities include market, user, and competitor research; planning product direction; deep game and competitor analysis; designing core game content and mechanics; optimizing and innovating game modules; analyzing game data to validate design choices; and managing and developing the planning team. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in mobile game core planning with a proven track record of shipped titles. A strong understanding of game mechanics, probability, and data-driven decision-making is essential, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

1.研究市场、用户及竞品，根据市场变化及项目需求，协助制作人规划产品方向
2.深度体验游戏产品、市场竞品，研究直播互动等近距离接触玩家及潜在玩家群体的运营模式
3.主导线上游戏核心内容及数值的优化和创新模块的设计
4.持续完善线上产品的数据统计，通过统计分析去验证游戏设计
5.参与策划团队的管理与建设
职位要求
1.熟悉休闲游戏，对游戏中的博弈及概率等核心内容有一定理解，可主导设计游戏核心规则构建
2.具备游戏各个策划模块的体系规划、逻辑规则机制实现能力。具备一定的综合策划能力，能独立评估不同模块的系统运作模式和用户体验节奏
3.熟悉并接触过市面上主流知名游戏，能对其规则、机制、设计优缺点进行分析总结，并能将核心优势应用于品类合适的模块中
4.2年以上手游核心策划工作经验（已上线运营项目），具有数据驱动意识
5.能归纳总结策划工作中的方法论并传授给策划团队，带领团队内策划提升策划能力
6.优秀的执行力、沟通表达能力及团队协作能力，有责任心，能承担工作压力
