Job Description
Lead Product Owner at Roof Games will be responsible for developing and defining the vision and strategy for their streaming product. This includes creating and prioritizing product roadmaps and sprint plans, analyzing user needs, and defining product requirements. The role requires leading cross-functional teams (developers, UX/UI designers, QA, marketing, etc.) through all product lifecycle phases. A/B testing, user feedback analysis, defining and tracking success metrics, and staying current with industry trends are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in streaming platforms or digital media and deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and define the vision and strategy for our streaming product.
· Create and prioritize the product roadmap and sprint plans.
· Analyze user needs and define product requirements.
· Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA, Marketing, etc.) and collaborate closely throughout every phase of the product lifecycle.
· Conduct A/B tests and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
· Define and track product success metrics; provide performance reports.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to constantly improve and advance our product.
Required Qualifications
· At least 7 years of experience in streaming platforms or digital media products.
· Deep knowledge and experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
· Leadership and management experience in product development processes.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
· Data-driven mindset and a user-centric approach.
· Experience with user experience (UX) and customer feed
