Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers within the Production Management team, driving high-impact, complex projects in video game development. Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and quality standards. Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Act as the primary liaison with senior clients, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration. Implement best practices and optimize workflows using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Ensure accurate project reporting and maintain comprehensive documentation. Identify and mitigate risks, supporting teams through organizational changes. Requires 5+ years managing large, cross-departmental projects and leading PM teams, 3+ years in game development, and proven mentorship skills. Advanced English proficiency is essential.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Project Manager to drive high-impact, complex projects and lead a team of Project Managers within our Production Management team. Superpowers
you have are

  • 5+ years managing large, cross-departmental projects and leading teams of PMs with a focus on organizational transformation;
  • 3+ years in Gamedev Industry;
  • Proven mentorship skills with a strong track record in developing project managers to reach their full potential;
  • Project management expertise with hands-on experience in Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and other frameworks;
  • Solid experience in budget management, financial risk assessment, and strategic resource allocation;
  • Effective communication skills in setting expectations and guiding teams through process changes and challenges;
  • Client relationship management focused on building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
  • Analytical problem-solving with the ability to identify patterns in project feedback, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions;
  • Team leadership experience in mentoring, guiding, and supporting project management teams with a focus on career growth and performance;
  • Advaced English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.
