Superpowers
you have are
- 5+ years managing large, cross-departmental projects and leading teams of PMs with a focus on organizational transformation;
- 3+ years in Gamedev Industry;
- Proven mentorship skills with a strong track record in developing project managers to reach their full potential;
- Project management expertise with hands-on experience in Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and other frameworks;
- Solid experience in budget management, financial risk assessment, and strategic resource allocation;
- Effective communication skills in setting expectations and guiding teams through process changes and challenges;
- Client relationship management focused on building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
- Analytical problem-solving with the ability to identify patterns in project feedback, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions;
- Team leadership experience in mentoring, guiding, and supporting project management teams with a focus on career growth and performance;
- Advaced English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.

As a part of Room 8

- Oversee high-level project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and quality standards. Define scope, deliverables, and timelines for commercial projects;
- Lead and mentor the PM team, providing training, performance feedback, and career growth opportunities. Support hiring and onboarding;
- Act as the primary liaison with senior clients, aligning project goals with company objectives and improving client satisfaction;
- Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and identify cost-saving opportunities while optimizing project execution;
- Foster strong client relationships, track project performance, and identify opportunities for service expansion;
- Implement best practices and optimize workflows, integrating Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies as needed;
- Ensure accurate project reporting and maintain comprehensive documentation for transparency;
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support teams through organizational changes.
