The Lead QA will establish the whole QA process and train junior QA, create a requirement analysis system for long-term internal QA purposes, and construct test cases. Collaboration with the Game Team to ensure quality standards and development process is crucial. The candidate needs to prioritize bugs and communicate the impact of critical issues.

Main responsibilities:

Create build releases, track changes and ensure submission candidates have met all necessary criteria for release
Research, identify, reproduce, isolate and report defects. Document bugs with the reproduction steps
Complete regular test plans and playthroughs
Test across multiple platforms: iOS and Android
Collaborate daily with Game Team to ensure quality standard and development process
Prioritize bugs in relation to development focus and properly communicate the impact of blocking and critical issues
Minimum requirements:
At least 5 year of experience as a QA in a game company
Experienced in shipping at least 2 games
Mature, quality & detail-oriented, discipline, organized, takes initiatives, team worker
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
