Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting up the marketing strategy for customer relations and product campaigns, aligning with company goals and policies. This includes measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing them against goals using ROI and KPIs. They will also design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence, brainstorm new growth strategies, and utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience. Collaboration with agencies and vendor partners is also required, along with evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership.
Good To Have:
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Must Have:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Fluent in English (Chinese, Japanese or European languages is a plus)
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge in User Acquisition
  • Experience in optimizing user landing and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Set up the marketing strategy for customer relation and product campaign following company goal and policy

Requirements

·         Age 25 – 35 years

·         BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

·         Fluent in English (Chinese, Japanese or European languages is plus)

·         Proven working experience in digital marketing

·         Strong knowledge in User Acquisition

·         Demonstrable experience with marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

·         Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

·         Experience in optimizing user landing and user funnels

·         Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments

·         Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

·         Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus

·         Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

·         Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
