This Lead Operations Analyst role supports the Complex Operations team, focusing on process improvement, change management, and daily tasks within SimCorp Dimension.   • Promote cooperation and knowledge sharing with internal and external stakeholders, articulating business requirements.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and client business for optimal configurations and workflows.
  • Document procedures and onboard new colleagues, engaging with team members across borders.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US

To support our Complex Operations team, which is part of Business Services, we are looking for a Lead Operations Analyst. You will participate in projects aimed at process improvement and change management, while also engaging in daily operational tasks in SimCorp Dimension. You should have extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in regulatory reporting.

Ensuring efficient processes and effective adoption of our technology platforms is crucial to ensure we reach our full potential, which is why this role is essential to us. We are therefore looking for someone with demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives and projects, including the ability to describe and document solutions effectively. Proficiency in SimCorp Dimension and a digital mindset are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Designing daily operational processes within regulatory reporting and reporting in general while drawing on your experience to create effective workflows and scalable solutions within Simcorp Dimension® and related third party connections
  • Promote close cooperation and sharing of knowledge with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally from an international perspective – being able to articulate business requirements.
  • Constantly expand your knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients' business in the aspiration to ensure optimal configurations and workflows by the customers
  • And documenting procedures and onboarding new colleagues as the team grows – being able to engage with team members across borders.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Your degree could be in economics/finance/math/computer science or similar
  • Solid experience with regulatory reporting– preferably from banks, asset managers, pension fund, insurers or consulting firms
  • Deep understanding of the operational flow
  • Experience with SimCorp Dimension®
  • Client-oriented with a can-do and collaborative as well as knowledge sharing mindset and with the ability to communicate throughout the entire value chain
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
