Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of medium-impact and moderately complex projects, ensuring they meet business goals, client expectations, and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring that projects are executed according to the project plan. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Must have:
  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring all project activities are completed on time and within the defined scope and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Accountable for managing and effective Change Management process to secure scope and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed as scheduled and to the required standards.
  • Monitor project performance and track key metrics, including time, cost, quality, and scope.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to resolve issues effectively.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and participate in SteerCos with the client.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the expected quality standards and client requirements.
  • Actively drive and participate in the resolution of project issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring that projects are executed according to the project plan. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within the defined scope and budget
  • Develop and maintain project plans, defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Accountable for managing and effective Change Management process to secure scope and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure that project tasks are completed as scheduled and to the required standards
  • Monitor project performance and track key metrics, including time, cost, quality, and scope
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place to resolve issues effectively

  • Prepare and participate in SteerCos with the client
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the expected quality standards and client requirements
  • Actively drive and participate in the resolution of project issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

The salary range for this position is $105.000 – 158.000 USD. Base pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health and dental care, time off and 401k.
