As a Lead Strategist at Right Hook Digital, you will be responsible for driving profit-first growth for e-commerce brands through strategic planning, creative strategy, performance optimization, and client relationship management. You will be implementing the Growth Marketing OS to help clients scale profitably and overcome growth challenges. This role involves building and presenting data-driven strategies, overseeing creative content, managing client ad spend, and leading a pod team. You will also contribute to best practices and manage end-to-end project flow. About the Role

As a Lead Strategist, your role will be to drive profit-first growth through expert strategy, creativity, and leadership. You’ll be implementing our Growth Marketing OS to help clients scale profitably and overcome growth challenges. Here’s what you’ll be owning:

  •  Strategic Planning: Build and present data-driven strategies that connect to each client’s big-picture growth goals.
  •  Creative Strategy: Oversee high-converting, brand-aligned creative that captures attention and drives action.
  •  Performance Optimization: Manage and scale client ad spend with a strategic eye on profitability.
  •  Client Relationships: Be the go-to advisor for your clients—Results Through Relationships isn’t just a tagline; it’s our core.
  •  Team Leadership: Lead and mentor your pod team (Media Buyer, Project Coordinator, Visual Creator) to deliver seamlessly aligned growth strategies.
