Responsibilities

  • Support, Mentor and Train Jr./Sr. Technical Artists
  • Support artist in their day-to-day task including troubleshooting, problem solving.
  • Manage Technical Art requests from Multiple projects.
  • Research and Development of tools, art pipelines.
  • Writing documentation about art processes.
  • Teach artist best practices for art creation.
  • Work with programmers, artists and technical artists
  • Work with different DCC apps like Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop etc.
  • Job tasks assigned by the manager.
  • 支持、指导和训练初级/资深美术师 
  • 支持美术师的日常工作,包括检修和解决问题 
  • 管理来自多个项目的技术美术请求
  • 研究和开发不同的美术工具,以及美术制作流程 
  • 编写有关美术过程的文档 
  • 教导美术师关于美术创意良好的实践经验 
  • 与程序员、美术师和技术美术师合作 
  • 使用不同的DCC应用程序,例如Maya,3ds Max,Photoshop等 
  • 完成由上级分配的任务 

Qualifications

  • Ability, interest and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. 
  • Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • English language skills are required.

About Our Team
Virtuos Chengdu was the second studio ever to be founded by the Virtuos Group back in 2008. As a full-stack game development studio, it’s capable of handling all aspects of the production pipeline, from the first brief to the final product, entirely in-house. To facilitate this, the studio is staffed by a multicultural team of experts ranging from art to engineering, constantly hard at work on the biggest titles on the horizon.
