As a Learning & Development consultant, you will collaborate with BU Heads and Engagement Managers to understand training needs and implement solutions. Your responsibilities include analyzing organizational learning needs, designing and developing training modules, and facilitating training sessions for mid to senior managers. Additionally, you'll drive adoption of various learning solutions, define L&D metrics, create dashboards, and manage a team of trainers. Job Description:

• Serve as a learning & development consultant to BU Heads, partner with Engagement managers to understand their learning and development requirements, plan and implement learning solutions that address their needs.
• Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to implement training plans in the engagements, drive performance and career management initiatives through individual development plans of employees
• Analyze organizational learning needs through assessment of competency gaps, performance metrics, employee surveys and voice of the customer
• Build a learning & development curriculum based on the needs identified, aligned to the competency framework within the organization

• Roll out training plans and monthly training calendars based on the learning & develop curriculum
• Drive adoption of various learning solutions including classroom, e learning and new age innovative technology driven learning methodologies
• Define learning & development metrics and create dashboards for L & D and present them in management reviews with actions for improvement

 

Primary Skills:

• Develop content and design training modules focused on defined competencies and the audience requirements
• Facilitate and deliver trainings on diverse leadership and professional skills for mid to senior managers in the organization.

Secondary Skills:
• Lead a team of trainers / learning partners to execute L & D initiatives and meet L & D goals
• Work collaboratively and partner with the Global and Country Learning & Development team to drive global initiatives in India
