Job Description

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational performance. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to align development initiatives with company goals and drive a culture of continuous learning at 2K.
Must have:
  • Conduct training needs assessments and skills gap analyses.
  • Build and maintain a learning roadmap for all employee levels.
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programs.
  • Own the learning calendar and coordinate communications and logistics.
  • Facilitate live (in-person and virtual) training sessions.
  • Track and report on learning engagement, completion, and effectiveness.
  • Measure program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve offerings based on data and learner input.
  • Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to customize learning solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.

What We Need

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) and skills gap analyses across teams and roles.
  • Build and maintain a learning roadmap for individual contributors, managers, and leaders.
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programs including onboarding, manager training, and leadership development.
  • Own the learning calendar and coordinate communications and logistics.
  • Facilitate live (in-person and virtual) training sessions as needed.
  • Track and report on learning engagement, completion, and effectiveness.
  • Measure the effectiveness of programs using feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
  • Continuously improve offerings based on data and learner input.
  • Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to customize learning solutions.

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs across various levels.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,200 and $148,320 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
