Job Description

Capco is seeking an Agile Delivery Coach with 10-22 years of experience, including at least 3 years in coaching/transformation at scale and 5 years in Agile and IT Delivery. The role involves driving continuous improvement, advising leaders, identifying organizational impediments, and challenging existing ways of working. Candidates should have hands-on delivery experience and expertise in agile tools like JIRA/Confluence/ADO, contributing to Capco's mission of transforming financial services.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working in either Transaction Banking, Trade, or Financial Markets
Must Have:
  • Evidence of hands-on delivery experience (e.g., Product Owner, Engineer, Delivery Manager)
  • Expertise in driving continuous improvement of delivery performance measured via OKRs, DORA, Flow Metrics, Resiliency
  • Minimum 3 years of coaching/transformation (at scale) experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Agile or other related methodologies
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT Delivery
  • Experience leading in non-technology functions
  • Identify and attack organizational impediments constraining productivity, quality, early risk mitigation and continuous delivery of customer value
  • Apply strengths in coaching, mentoring, advising, designing solutions through thought leadership across key organizational agility enablers
  • Challenge the “as is” way of working across delivery, governance, operational model/structure, funding
  • Demonstrate mastery in using a show/tell/do approach for practices, tools, or techniques
  • Understanding of agile delivery tools (JIRA/Confluence/ADO)

Role :

  • Evidence of hands-on delivery experience (for example, prior experience as a Product Owner, Engineer, Delivery Manager prior to moving into Coaching for example)
  • Expertise in driving continuous improvement of delivery performance that are measured via OKRs, DORA, Flow Metrics, Resiliency, etc.
  • A trusted advisor to leaders in all levels within the organisation from team leaders through to Global Heads and C-Suite
  • Minimum 3 years of coaching/transformation (at scale) experience
  • Minimum of 5yrs experience in Agile or other related
  • Minimum 5yrs experience in IT Delivery
  • Experience leading in non-technology functions
  • Identify and attack organizational impediments constraining productivity, quality, early risk mitigation and continuous delivery of customer value
  • Apply your strengths in coaching, mentoring, advising, designing solutions through thought leadership across key organizational agility enablers
  • Challenge the “as is” way of working across delivery, governance, operational model/structure, funding
  • Understand what practice, tool or technique to apply given the environment and the situation is the challenge that you will need to demonstrate mastery in using a show/tell/do approach
  • Understanding of agile delivery tools i.e. JIRA/Confluence/ADO
  • Nice to have: Experience working in either Transaction Banking, Trade, or Financial Markets (this is not mandatory but is a nice to have)
