Job Description

As an Employee Development Coordinator at Aptiv, you will be a key part of a global team, coordinating and supervising talent management actions. This includes recruitment for various roles (IS/IH/DH), performance management, and site training initiatives, all aligned with Group policy. You will ensure standardization of job descriptions, manage performance follow-ups, implement talent management processes, conduct interviews, and develop onboarding and recruitment tools. Additionally, you will oversee the training center, analyze training needs, implement plans, establish programs, manage the training budget, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Must Have:
  • Ensure standardization and updating of job descriptions, job profiles, organizational charts.
  • Ensure follow-up of performance management for HRs.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the talent management process for coordinators and managers.
  • Conduct development and recruitment interviews for coordinators.
  • Ensure implementation of the recruitment plan for IS, IH, and DH.
  • Develop, implement, and improve the On-boarding process for IS.
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve recruitment tools for IS, IH, and HR.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate monitoring of recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain a database of external and internal candidates.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the site's training center.
  • Participate in training analyses.
  • Guarantee the implementation, follow-up, and improvement of the OS.
  • Ensure the implementation of training plans at each site level.
  • Establish training programs and their content.
  • Create a technical training budget.
  • Analyze the efficiency of training periods.
  • Conduct audits at plant level to ensure implementation of systems and processes.
  • Standardize training & new initiatives in all sites.
  • Conduct analyses of satisfaction with training courses.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training & development.
  • Contribute to the improvement of equipment and training areas.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Your Role

As an Employee Development Coordinator you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility.

In this role you will play a key role in Aptiv, you will Coordinate & supervise actions related to talent management: recruitment of IS/IH/DH, performance management and site training actions in accordance with Group policy and management guidelines.

The incumbent of the position is required to perform the following tasks:

  • Ensure the standardization and updating of job descriptions, job profiles, organizational charts of the site.
  • Ensure the follow-up of performance management for HRs
  • Contribute to the implementation of the talent management process for all coordinators and managers.
  • Conducting development and recruitment interviews for the coordinators and ensuring the implementation of the recruitment plan for IS, IH and DH according to the HR Department QVC.
  • Develop, implement & improve the On-boarding process for IS.
  • Develop, evaluate and improve the recruitment tools for IS, IH and HR: Individual interviews, group interviews, tests....
  • Create, maintain and communicate the monitoring of the recruitment activities of IS, IH and DH via the follow-up tools (Workday, tracking file...).
  • Develop & maintain a database of external and internal candidates: develop a pool of candidates ahead of time with a proactive approach.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the site's training center
  • Participate in training analyses.
  • Guarantee the implementation, follow-up and improvement of the OS.
  • Ensure the implementation of training plans at each site level: Supplementary, Lean...
  • Establish the training programs and their content (Theory/application/method/testing)
  • Create a technical training budget.
  • Analyze the efficiency of training periods.
  • Conduct audits at plant level to ensure implementation of systems and processes.
  • Standardize training & new initiatives in all sites: Versatility Matrix, On the Job Training...
  • Conducting analyses of satisfaction with the training courses.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training & development.
  • Contribute to the improvement of equipment and training areas.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards;
  • Ensure compliance with environmental standards

Your Background

  • Bac+5 in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience
  • Good level at English & French
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required
  • Intermediate computer skills
