About the Role:
As a LED Analyst / Senior LED Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of designing transformative learning experiences that enable Salesforce teams and customers to succeed. You’ll go beyond building training - you’ll act as a strategic partner and performance consultant, diagnosing root causes, shaping solutions, and ensuring learning programs drive measurable impact.
Senior Analysts lead projects end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and bring advanced instructional design, data, and technology expertise to solve complex challenges. You’ll champion accessibility, experiment with new tools (including AI), and translate diverse stakeholder perspectives into clear, high-impact solutions.
This is a role for a builder and innovator - someone who can design, influence, and elevate both the craft of learning and the business outcomes it enables.

- Champion Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure all experiences meet accessibility standards and foster equity for diverse learners.
- Leverage Data & Insights: Interpret complex data sets, learner feedback, and business metrics to refine solutions and demonstrate impact.
- Integrate Emerging Tools & AI: Explore and apply new technologies, including AI agents, to enhance design, efficiency, and innovation.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide junior analysts, model best practices, and share expertise in instructional design, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Build trust with stakeholders and SMEs, navigate objections, and integrate multiple perspectives into cohesive solutions.
- Communicate with Impact: Craft compelling stories, facilitate effective meetings, and clearly present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Manage Complex Projects: Drive large-scale initiatives forward with strong project management discipline, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
