The Futureforce University Recruiting program at Salesforce offers interns and new graduates the opportunity to work on impactful projects globally, fostering talent through mentorship and development. Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking Trailblazers passionate about leveraging AI to drive business success and uphold core values. The Sales Strategy team collaborates with Sales Leaders to identify pipeline gaps, build initiatives, and drive results using strategy, operations, and analytics. This role supports Sales Strategy Managers in growth strategy, creating reports and dashboards for decision-making, and communicating global sales results.
Must Have:
  • Help drive the continued success of Sales Strategy Managers by supporting growth strategy.
  • Create reports and dashboards to contribute to decision making.
  • Support the communication of Global Sales results and engage in business discussions about targets, forecast, pipeline and other business metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December/2026 and July/2027.
  • English Proficiency.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, resilience and a “getting things done” attitude to overcome challenges and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The Sales Strategy team partners with our Sales Leaders to identify potential pipeline and/or revenue gaps, build new initiatives and programs to drive results that we measure on an ongoing basis. Our team deploys a mix of strategy, operations and analytics to help our Sales teams drive productivity and close deals.

We sit at the intersection of the most pressing issues for the business and serve as Business Partners to our Sales Leaders. We also regularly work and align with Regional Sales Strategy, Finance, Data Analytics, Programs, Customer Success, etc which allows a comprehensive understanding of the business we address.

Our team includes a diverse mix of strategy, sales and consulting backgrounds.

We are looking for someone who is data-driven, naturally curious, and eager to work on innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will help drive the continued success of our Sales Strategy Managers by supporting our growth strategy.
  • You will help us to create reports and dashboards to contribute to decision making.
  • You will support the communication of Global Sales results and engage in business discussions about targets, forecast, pipeline and other business metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December/2026 and July/2027.
  • English Proficiency.

Important Information:

  • Note: This role is open for Mexico (Mexico City) only.
  • Part-time (35 hours/week).
  • This is a 1-year Internship program.
