Job Description

The Sales Executive non-profit will report to the Director of Sales, focusing on generating new sales and add-on revenue by creating compelling value propositions for CSG Forte. This role involves utilizing an extensive network within the non-profit sector to source leads, secure partnerships, and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce. The executive will also represent the organization at events, provide expert consultation, establish pricing models, and guide partners through onboarding, all while researching market trends and ensuring timely goal achievement.
Must Have:
  • Utilize proven experience, established relationships, and an extensive network within the non-profit sector to source leads and secure partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of prospective merchants and partners using Salesforce; contribute to accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Serve as a representative of the organization at industry conferences and community events.
  • Provide expert consultation to non-profit partners and stakeholders, showcasing CSG solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Establish partner pricing models that ensure sustainability while adhering to card network regulations and guidelines.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process, including management of applications and required documentation.
  • Conduct research into market trends and competitive landscape to highlight and strengthen our unique value proposition.
  • Prioritize effective time management to consistently achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively with management, particularly when issues arise that require escalation.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational offerings and deliver constructive feedback regarding additional tools or services that may enhance partner success.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with non-profit or mission-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with payment processing and experience supporting non-profit merchant services.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$78,576.21-$125,721.94

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
