  • Attend client meetings if sales requests support.
  • Secure agreements for campaign execution between client requests and production allowances.
  • 2-3 years of experience in media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related fields.
  • Intermediate and/or Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations with PPT and Keynote.
  • Knowledge of television and digital advertising.

The company is looking for a Special Initiatives Manager for the Special Initiatives area within the Sales department.

Their responsibilities could include creating recognition programs, corporate events, internal communication campaigns, and other initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.

About you:

Develop and execute innovative and strategic projects that promote organizational culture, effective communication, and employee commitment within the institution. Teamwork, proactive, with initiative, committed to work, seeking to solve problems.

Your day to day:

  • Prepare presentations for clients and sales.
  • Follow up on recording, live broadcast, review, or approval of on-air materials.
  • Maintain a constant and close relationship with productions.
  • Gather briefs and brand information to identify opportunities for brands and design proposals.
  • Attend client meetings if sales requests support.
  • Secure agreements for campaign execution between client requests and production allowances.

You must have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in media.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related fields.
  • Intermediate and/or Advanced English.
  • Organized, creative, adaptable to change, with strategic vision.
  • Ability to create presentations with PPT and Keynote.
  • Knowledge of television and digital advertising.
