Job Description

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be the primary customer contact, managing offers, orders, and complaints. You will actively follow up on sales, negotiate, promote products, and provide technical advice. Additionally, you will identify customer needs, utilize promotions, and manage stock levels to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Must Have:
  • Experience in a customer-focused position
  • Relevant technical knowledge (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics)
  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and a good level of English
  • Team player and independent worker
  • Organisational mindset

  • Strong in follow-up and administration

Your role and responsibilities

  • You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs
  • You create offers and orders and follow these up actively: negotiating, arguing and promoting products.
  • You register and deal with complaints and provide a good follow-up.
  • You identify the needs of the prospects/customers, you give technical advice, and offer our products.
  • You actively use promotions, actions, product of the week and help think about the elaboration of regional actions.
  • You manage the stock level.

  • You have experience in a customer focussed position.
  • You have relevant technical knowledge (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics).
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Swedish and a good level of English.
