For our Legal team in İstanbul we are looking for a new team member to join as Legal Counsel.
- Negotiation and drafting of variety of commercial agreements.
- Advising on legal issues and risks for the company and execute on any solutions.
- Regulatory monitoring.
- LLB degree in Law in / or outside Turkey.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Core experience in (one of) the focus areas of law.
- A proactive approach.
- You are tech-savvy and / or have experience in IT-law.
- Experience in M&A is a plus.
- 2+ years work experience in a leading law-firm and / or corporate company.
- The ability to explain or simplify legal matters in an understandable way for customers, partners and the relevant company departments.
