Job Description

This Legal Intern position focuses on intellectual property management within the gaming industry. Responsibilities include assisting with copyright registration and trademark searches, organizing data, filling out online applications, and preparing search reports. The role also involves legal research, translating legal documents, and finding English materials. Candidates should be meticulous, responsible, possess strong research, learning, communication, and teamwork skills, and be able to handle various administrative tasks.
Must have:
  • Participate in copyright registration, trademark search, etc.
  • Assist with data organization, online application filling, and trademark search report preparation
  • Participate in legal research
  • Translate legal documents and find English materials
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor
  • Full-time law bachelor's degree or above, graduating after 2027, law/legal major
  • Meticulous, patient, responsible
  • Possess research and learning abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Guaranteed internship of 4 days/week or more
  • Can intern for 5 months or more
Good to have:
  • Master's degree
  • Intellectual Property Law/Media Law/Entertainment Law related major
  • Can intern for 6 months or more
  • Some understanding of the gaming industry

1. Participate in matters related to copyright registration, trademark search, etc. (including but not limited to data organization, online application information filling, preparation of trademark search reports, etc.);

2. Participate in legal research, translate legal documents, and find relevant English materials;

3. Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree in law or above, graduating after 2027, majoring in law/legal;

2. Meticulous, patient, responsible, with certain research and learning abilities, and good communication and teamwork skills;

3. Guarantee an internship of 4 days/week or more, and can intern for 5 months or more.

Bonus Points

1. Master's degree;

2. Major in Intellectual Property Law/Media Law/Entertainment Law;

3. Can intern for 6 months or more;

4. Some understanding of the gaming industry.
