1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of global game art suppliers, including development, admission, maintenance, and replacement.
2. Responsible for building the supplier performance evaluation system, improving supplier evaluation systems and standards, supervising the assessment, rewards, and penalties for suppliers, and formulating corresponding management measures and cooperation strategies.
3. Responsible for building the supplier risk module, tracking and supervising the implementation of supplier performance improvement plans, continuously optimizing and controlling supplier selection and cooperation risks, and promptly resolving supplier issues and disputes.
4. Establish and continuously optimize the supplier management system, build professional management tools to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and empower procurement operations.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in supply chain management, procurement management, or related fields preferred.
2. Over 2 years of supplier management experience, with a systematic understanding of supplier management, category management, price management, and procurement risks.
3. Familiar with all aspects and processes of supplier management; experience leading 0-1 system construction or multi-category management is a plus.
4. Clear logical thinking, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in English business negotiation; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
