Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Experience Designer to be responsible for the experience design of B-side product projects. You will collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to understand requirements and drive project implementation. Key tasks include iterating and optimizing existing products, tracking online data, optimizing user experience, and formulating design standards. You will also evaluate post-launch effects, conduct data analysis and usability testing, and stay updated on industry trends. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year of B-side UX design experience, proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, and familiarity with Web/mobile design specifications.

Must Have

1. Responsible for the experience design of the business line's B-side product projects;

2. Work closely with product managers and development teams to understand product requirements and collaborate with the team to drive project implementation;

3. Iterate and optimize existing products, follow up on the execution of design solutions, track online product data and user feedback, optimize user experience, formulate experience standards, and organize and accumulate business components;

4. Evaluate the effect after product launch, conduct experience data analysis and usability testing, and be responsible for the user experience after launch;

5. Track user feedback and industry trends, continuously pay attention to the latest developments in user experience design, and apply them to product design.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in art design, interaction design, or related majors;

2. 1 year or more of B-side UX design experience, with complete design experience and successful cases;

3. Solid design fundamentals, proficient in design tools such as Figma, PS, familiar with Web and mobile design specifications, and possess a mature aesthetic;

4. Have some understanding of front-end development and be able to effectively communicate design implementation details with the development team.
