Legal Intern - Contract and Legal Research Direction

This role involves assisting with contract template management, including standardization, revision, and maintenance. The intern will also participate in preparing materials for infringement litigation cases and conducting legal research and investigations. Additionally, the position requires handling other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Must Have

• Undergraduate degree or above, majoring in Law/Legal
• Meticulous, patient, and responsible
• Possess certain research and learning abilities
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills
• Available for internship 4+ days/week for 3+ months

Job Description

1. Assist in contract template management, including standardization, revision, and maintenance of contract templates.

2. Participate in the preparation of materials for infringement litigation cases.

3. Participate in legal research and investigation.

4. Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

3. Guaranteed internship for 4 days or more per week, for 3 months or more.
