Project Management PM

The Project Management PM will be responsible for overseeing project management tasks, including tracking business progress, maintaining workflows, and developing project plans. This role involves identifying risks, resolving issues, and collaborating with R&D and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and project goal achievement. The PM will also optimize agile project management processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and establish transparent communication channels for accurate project status updates.

Must Have

• Responsible for project management, including business progress tracking and workflow management.
• Develop project plans and schedules, track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and project goals.
• Manage and optimize agile project management processes and tools.
• Establish efficient and transparent communication mechanisms.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of project management experience in the game or internet industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in complex project management and execution.
• Good product sense.

Good to Have

• Experience in platform or game business.
• PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification.

Job Description

5. Establish efficient and transparent communication mechanisms to ensure accurate grasp of project status and information synchronization.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of project management experience in the game or internet industry;

2. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility, able to promote good cooperation among teams and achieve business goals;

3. Have experience in complex project management and execution, and good product sense;

4. Experience in platform or game business is preferred;

5. PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
