- Manage and optimize agile project management processes and tools.
- Establish efficient and transparent communication mechanisms.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of project management experience in the game or internet industry.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience in complex project management and execution.
- Good product sense.
Job Description
1. Responsible for project management, including business progress tracking and workflow management and maintenance;
2. Develop project plans and schedules, track project progress, identify risks, and drive problem resolution;
3. Promote the implementation and operation of processes, collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and achieve project goals;
4. Manage and optimize the team's agile project management processes and tools, improving overall team work efficiency from a professional perspective;
5. Establish efficient and transparent communication mechanisms to ensure accurate grasp of project status and information synchronization.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of project management experience in the game or internet industry;
2. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility, able to promote good cooperation among teams and achieve business goals;
3. Have experience in complex project management and execution, and good product sense;
4. Experience in platform or game business is preferred;
5. PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
