4. Cooperate with modeling and animation to optimize processes, establish standard specifications, and improve rigging efficiency and detail expression.
5. Responsible for the quality and progress of project rigging outsourcing, coordinating and promoting the smooth progress of outsourcing work.
1. Love games and have a strong interest in game R&D.
2. Full-time college degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
3. At least 3+ years of 3D (game/film/TV) animation production experience.
4. Proficient in mainstream animation software such as MAYA and its integration with mainstream engines like Unity3d and UE4. Skilled in using mainstream binding plugins and extending them.
5. Capable of creating film-level facial expression templates and solving binding problems for different characters and various situations.
6. Possess excellent comprehensive analysis, innovation, and aesthetic abilities, accurately understand work requirements, and complete them efficiently.
7. Candidates with tool/plugin development experience, professional bone binding, skinning experience, and complete project development experience are preferred.
8. Attention to detail, dare to challenge oneself, and have an unremitting pursuit of producing excellent works.
