1. 2-3+ years of experience in IP collaboration, cross-brand collaboration, or cross-industry co-branding project planning, having led at least 1-2 in-game IP collaboration projects and related co-branding, cross-marketing, or co-developed product cases.
2. Successfully led in-game collaborations, familiar with the IP market, and possesses certain IP resource reserves.
3. Familiar with and understands the product and user profile of the Nikki series IP, with strong public opinion perception.
4. Able to independently complete relevant external communication and project management, ensuring smooth project implementation through internal and external communication and collaboration.
5. Possess excellent integrated marketing thinking and planning ability, with strong negotiation, public relations, coordination, and communication skills, and strong online and offline operation capabilities.
6. Strong scheduling management ability, strong information collection, problem analysis, and problem-solving abilities, and high resilience to pressure.
