This role focuses on the comprehensive operation of a welfare points platform, including designing points rules, selecting products for the mall, expanding channels, and providing customer service. Must have:

  • Select products for the points mall based on game culture, user profiles, and market trends.
  • Expand product supply channels and maintain relationships with suppliers and platforms.
  • Provide pre-sales consultation and handle after-sales issues related to points and product redemption.
  • Analyze operational data (traffic, conversion, points consumption) to support strategy adjustments.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, integrating game cultural elements and designing exclusive employee welfare activities.
  • Output system requirements for the points platform to ensure business operations.

1. Points Rule Design: Combine game user behavior with company strategy to formulate rules for points acquisition and usage. Regularly optimize and adjust based on user feedback and data performance, achieving a balance between user incentives and cost control, while also considering the synergy between rules and the employee welfare system.

2. Mall Product Selection: Based on a deep understanding of the company's game culture, accurately analyze user profiles and market trends to select products including game merchandise, virtual items, and various practical goods. Strictly control product quality, price, and inventory to ensure that selections meet user needs, highlight the company's game cultural characteristics, and cater to product preferences in employee welfare scenarios, enhancing the mall's attractiveness.

3. Channel Expansion: Actively explore product supply channels and promotion paths, liaise with procurement, clarify requirements, maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers, logistics, and promotion platforms, and explore high-quality channels suitable for employee welfare procurement.

4. Pre-sales and After-sales Service: Responsible for answering user inquiries regarding points rules, product redemption, and other pre-sales questions. Promptly handle after-sales issues and user complaints, collect feedback, and promote service process optimization, providing professional answers for employee welfare-related inquiries.

5. Operational Data Analysis: Track core data such as mall traffic, conversion rates, and points consumption. Conduct multi-dimensional analysis and output reports to provide data support for operational strategy adjustments, and analyze employee welfare points usage data to optimize the welfare system.

6. Mall Activity Planning: Combine game milestones, holidays, and the company's game cultural connotations to plan marketing activities such as limited-time redemptions and points multipliers. With a keen cultural sense, identify game cultural elements to integrate into activity design, coordinate resources for execution, and evaluate activity effectiveness to enhance user participation. Design exclusive welfare activities for employees to strengthen their sense of recognition for company benefits.

7. Points Platform System Requirements Output: Organize various requirements arising from the points mall's operation, such as optimizing points calculation logic, simplifying product listing processes, and improving user viewing convenience, to ensure the points platform can meet business operations.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, or game-related majors, with solid professional knowledge reserves and the ability to quickly understand industry dynamics.

2. Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in points mall, e-commerce, or game operations, familiar with points system setup and operational logic. Candidates with successful operational activity planning cases are preferred.

3. Skill Requirements: Possess the ability to design and optimize rules, proficient in product selection and channel docking, capable of independently planning activities, skilled in using data analysis tools, possessing good communication and coordination skills, and able to clearly organize and output system requirements.

4. Employee Welfare Cognition and Operational Ability: Familiar with the concepts, types, and common projects of employee benefits, understands the establishment and operation process of employee welfare systems, including welfare budget planning, welfare scheme design, welfare distribution, and management. Able to integrate employee welfare operational thinking into points mall work to achieve an organic combination of user welfare and employee welfare.

5. Game Culture Understanding Ability: Deep understanding of the company's game culture, including game background stories, character settings, art style, and core gameplay elements. In product selection and activity planning, possess a keen cultural sense, capable of accurately capturing cultural hotspots and cleverly integrating game cultural elements into work to strengthen brand cultural characteristics.

6. Professional Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to fast-paced work and withstand certain pressure, outstanding learning ability, focus on user experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
