Seeking a proactive and technically skilled LIMS L2 Support Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to provide second-level support for LabVantage LIMS, ServiceNow, and associated laboratory IT systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance monitoring to ensure seamless operation of lab systems in compliance with business and regulatory standards. The role involves managing and resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests via ServiceNow, collaborating with various teams, supporting reporting tools like JasperReports, maintaining SQL Server databases, and documenting resolutions. Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards, data security, and IT infrastructure policies is crucial.
