- Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services NJ regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
- Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
- Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
- Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.
- Conduct games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
- Provide players with timely, accurate and professional assistance on game related and general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.
- Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
- Attend educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
- Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
- Keep a professional demeanour towards players.
- Maintain a professional and clear communication with management and peers.
- Keep confidential information within company’s authorized individuals.
- Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
