Job Description

1. Responsible for developing support plans and policies based on the live streaming performance and characteristics of each streamer, helping streamers increase their live stream viewership and activity, and being responsible for streamer game traffic data;

2. Manage and train full-time and partner streamers, supervise the implementation of streamer plans, and improve streamers' live performance and quality;

3. Monitor live streaming data, analyze live streaming effects, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to optimize live streaming performance;

4. Keep up with the latest trends in the game industry and live streaming platforms, grasp industry trends, and innovate live streaming content and forms.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, familiar with the rules and operational logic of mainstream live streaming platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, and YY. Experience in live streaming operations is preferred, and familiarity with chess and card game live streaming content and Zen Game is a plus.

2. Data-sensitive, with strong logical thinking and problem analysis skills, able to quickly identify the root cause of problems and propose practical solutions to drive streamer growth;

3. Responsible and resilient, able to combine AI tools to improve work efficiency;

4. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate efficiently with streamers, operation teams, and other departments.
