Job Summary

Integrated into Ubisoft's IT teams, specifically the Desktop Support team at Ubisoft International Headquarters in Saint-Mandé, you will join a team of 5 technicians whose mandate is to provide IT hardware support to our employees. The team is organized according to the ITIL method and uses ServiceNow for task management. Your missions will include installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, providing user support, managing incident tickets, supporting VIP users, managing meeting room IT, and handling hardware logistics.

Must Have

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (hardware and software)
  • Support the handling of equipment and provide user support
  • Manage incident tickets: diagnosis, follow-up, resolution, reporting, documentation
  • Provide support and training to VIP users
  • Manage the IT aspect of various meeting rooms
  • Manage hardware (purchase requests, stock management, after-sales service)
  • Ensure the execution of maintenance procedures in collaboration with all IT teams, respecting Ubisoft's security rules
  • Very good sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Diplomacy and pedagogical sense to simplify and support users
  • Ability to work autonomously, rigor and priority management
  • Good level of English essential

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in IT support or IT operations
  • Experience in technical support in an international environment
  • User support experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the ITIL method
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Remote control tools
  • Notions in systems and network administration
  • Interest in the video game industry

  • Manage incident tickets according to their priorities while ensuring user satisfaction: diagnosis, follow-up and resolution, reporting, documentation;
  • Provide support and training to VIP users;
  • Manage the IT aspect of the various meeting rooms.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience

  • Prior experience in IT support or IT operations.
  • Experience in technical support in an international environment.
  • User support experience is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

  • 30 min exchange with a Recruiter.
  • 90 min interview with the Manager and a Recruiter.
  • 60 min final interview with the Director.
