Present in 100 countries, Egis puts the expertise of its 22,500 employees at the service of its clients and develops cutting-edge innovations accessible to all projects. Job Description

In a context of strong development with 14% growth in 2024, the Egis company continues its international expansion objectives with numerous M&A acquisition projects (40 acquisitions since 2020, including 6 since the beginning of 2025).

In this context, within the M&A acquisitions department, your main missions will be the following:

A first experience/internship in Transaction Services, Investment Banking or Corporate M&A is a plus.

You necessarily have a fluent English level (C1) in writing and speaking.

Your rigour, your analytical skills and your appetite for international contexts are essential assets to successfully carry out the missions entrusted.
