TeamWork, an SAP consulting company with over 20 years of experience and 1000+ employees globally, is seeking an HR Specialist Payroll BPO. This role involves managing payroll for clients, data entry in SAP HCM, processing monthly payroll runs, and handling electronic procedures. The specialist will advise clients' employees on payroll matters, correspond with health insurance companies and authorities, and create statistics. Must have:
  • Responsibility for payroll accounting for clients
  • Recording, monitoring, and maintaining data in SAP HCM
  • Creating monthly payroll runs, social security contributions, and wage tax registrations
  • Performing ongoing electronic retrieval procedures (ELStAM, AAG, EEL)
  • Advising clients' employees on all payroll-relevant questions
  • Correspondence and processing of certificates with health insurance companies and authorities
  • Creating statistics, evaluations, and key figures
  • Performing technical tests in SAP
  • Completed training and several years of professional experience in payroll accounting including tax and social security law
  • Mastery of an entire billing process regardless of the billing system
  • High IT affinity and proficient use of Microsoft Excel
  • High independence, a high degree of resilience, and responsibility
  • Experience as an SAP Payroll Key User or good user knowledge in SAP

  • Very good, practically applied knowledge in SAP HCM
  • Further training in SAP HCM can be provided

Job Description

  • Experience in the role of an SAP Payroll Key User or good user knowledge in SAP as well as a strong interest in significantly developing your knowledge and tasks in SAP
  • Performing technical tests in SAP

Qualifications

  • Completed training and several years of professional experience in payroll accounting including tax and social security law
  • You master an entire billing process regardless of the billing system
  • Further training in SAP HCM can be provided by us
  • Very good, practically applied knowledge in SAP HCM is an advantage
  • You stand out with high IT affinity and proficient use of Microsoft Excel
  • High independence, a high degree of resilience, and responsibility
