Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome and guide customers, help them find products, and showcase our offerings. Collaborating with your team, you'll provide outstanding service, ensure the sales area and warehouse are tidy, and support store opening and closing. You will represent a positive brand image, working in a dynamic store environment where you'll connect with customers and the Area Team to make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.

SALES ADVISOR

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will welcome them, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while showing them our products. Acting in accordance with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sharing your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers make decisions.
  • Collaborating with your team to offer exceptional service at every stage of the customer experience.
  • Ensuring that the sales area and warehouse are clean and tidy.
  • Supporting the opening and closing of the store.
  • Representing a positive image of yourself and the brand during all interactions with customers.

As part of the store team, every role—from Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger stores—contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment. Alongside your team, you will play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles.
