As part of the store team, every role—from Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger stores—contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming environment. You will also connect with the Area Team, collaborating between stores to share knowledge and achieve success together. Alongside your team, you will play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.

To manage the high volume of applications for Sales Advisor positions, we use an online competency-based assessment method in some of our stores. You must complete it as part of the application and selection process. Your responses will be evaluated by an assessment tool that applies predefined criteria established by H&M Group.
