Job Description

As a Franchise Manager at SIXT, you will drive growth and empower partners by executing data-driven strategic projects to ensure productive, efficient, and profitable operations within the franchise network. You will support partners with in-depth business analysis, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement and growth. Responsibilities include optimizing site processes, developing service standards, enhancing customer satisfaction, and onboarding new partners to fuel global expansion.
Must have:
  • Successfully execute data-driven strategic projects for productive, efficient, and profitable operations in the franchise network.
  • Support franchise partners through in-depth business analysis.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of franchise partners, identifying potential areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure the successful follow-up of various projects and the achievement of shared goals.
  • Support franchise partners in optimizing site processes, developing SIXT Service Standards, and establishing efficient workflows.
  • Analyze customer feedback and work closely with the Quality department to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard new franchise partners and support fast-paced expansion.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 3 years of operations experience in the tourism or service industry.
  • Combine superb account management skills and business development expertise with an analytical and pragmatic mindset.
  • Can independently manage projects while driving them to successful completion.
  • Highly organized, thrives in diverse teams, can juggle multiple priorities effectively, and exudes confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Excels in professional communication in English.
  • Success-oriented, proactive, and eager to take on multiple tasks with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Adaptable and open to traveling both domestically and internationally.
Good to have:
  • Ideally with international exposure in operations experience.
  • Any additional language is considered a strong plus.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education & Experience You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field and bring at least 3 years of operations experience in the tourism or service industry, ideally with international exposure
