Job Description

The position requires 5+ years in direct sales, engaging with C-level executives, and collaborating internally to solve client issues. You will manage key accounts, implement sales strategies, negotiate with customers, and partner with decision-makers to leverage products for business improvement. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days a week in the office.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in direct outside/inside sales
  • Communicating with all levels of the buying organization including C-level executives
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal business units
  • Identify and solve client business issues and develop strategic solutions
  • Proficient in SalesForce
  • Comfortable traveling 50% of the time
  • Experience with clients in Fintech or finance
  • Manage potential and existing large key accounts

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in direct outside/inside sales communicating with all levels of the buying organization including C-level executives. Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal business units to identify and solve client business issues and develop strategic solutions. Proficient in SalesForce. Comfortable traveling 50% of the time. Experience with clients in Fintech or finance.

Impact You'll Make:

1. Manage potential and existing large key accounts and direct sales to all viable large complex customers. 2. Plan and implement sales strategies to specific accounts/sales channels cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and new business development. 3. Subject matter expert to negotiate with customers in real time. 4. Direct face-to-face contact with key decision makers partnering with customers to understand their needs and leverage our products to improve their business.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
