TransUnion seeks a dependable and proactive Senior Analyst to support its Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) team. This role manages daily operational and administrative responsibilities, ensuring consistency and efficiency across internal departments, external legal advisors, and regulatory engagements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and collaborative, contributing to pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.
Must have:
  • University degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Coordinate corporate secretarial functions and support meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external legal/compliance stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and documentation for LRC initiatives
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, vendor onboarding, and invoice processing
  • Assist with legal and compliance reviews and due diligence
  • Maintain contract management systems and filing structures
  • Support general operational and administrative tasks for LRC
Good to have:
  • Certificate in Legal Studies, Corporate Secretarial Studies, or equivalent

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Senior Analyst to support our Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) team in managing daily operational and administrative responsibilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency and efficiency across internal departments, external legal advisors, and regulatory engagements.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and sound judgment.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

What You'll Bring:

  • University degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Diligent, well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Dedicated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate in Legal Studies, Corporate Secretarial Studies, or equivalent is a plus.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Coordinate corporate secretarial functions, including scheduling and supporting board and shareholder meetings in the Philippines.
  • Liaise with company secretary, board members, shareholders, and external counsel to ensure timely delivery of legal and compliance outputs.
  • Prepare presentation decks, reports, and documentation to support LRC initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, vendor onboarding workflows, and invoice processing for LRC-related services.
  • Assist with legal and compliance reviews, due diligence exercises, and updates to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain and organize contract management systems, filing structures, and template repositories across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support general operational and administrative tasks for the LRC team, ensuring consistency and efficiency across internal departments and regulatory engagements.
  • Coordinate with external legal teams, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate legal and compliance deliverables.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
