Who will you work with?

You will work directly with the Maintenance Team, in addition to interacting with areas such as Maintenance Engineering, Production (internal client), EHS, Quality, and external suppliers. This integration will be essential to ensure the efficiency of processes and the safety of operations.

How will you make a difference?

You will make a difference by technically supporting the maintenance team, contributing with root cause analysis, process improvements, indicator control, and procedure development. Your involvement will be fundamental to increasing operational efficiency, ensuring safety, and promoting continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen practices.

We want to know if you have a proactive, communicative, extroverted, and collaborative profile, with ease in teamwork and communication with different hierarchical levels. We also look for someone with an interest in learning, contributing ideas, and technically developing in a dynamic and challenging environment.

What will your day-to-day be like?

Your day-to-day will be quite varied, involving:

• Problem analysis and technical support to the maintenance team;
• Updating procedures, controlling indicators, and administrative support;
• Control of utility indicators;
• Development of parts and spare parts suppliers;
• Root cause analysis for critical breakdown levels;
• Development of process improvements and training;
• Management of documents and safety plans (NR10);
• Active participation in efficiency, safety, and quality initiatives.
