Job Summary
Join Infineon as a Working Student in the Electrical Laboratory in Budapest. You will support static and dynamic characterization of power semiconductor modules, conduct electrical measurements like short circuits, and perform equipment setup, TPM, and calibration. Ensure lab safety compliance. Candidates should be studying electrical engineering or a similar field, possess knowledge of power electronic switching components, and have previous experience in electronic measurements. Good command of Hungarian and English is mandatory.
Must Have
- Support static and dynamic characterization of power semiconductor modules in a laboratory environment
- Conduct electrical measurements (e.g., short circuits, eon and eoff) for different product segments
- Perform the installation, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and operation of laboratory test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope and voltage probes)
- Perform equipment calibration
- Ensure the correct organization of the lab and workstation to meet all safety standards
- Currently studying electrical engineering or a similar field
- Knowledge of power electronic switching components
- Previous experience in electronic measurements
- Good level of Hungarian and English knowledge

- Characterization: Support static and dynamic characterization of power semiconductor modules in a laboratory environment
- Electrical Testing: Conduct electrical measurements (e.g., short circuits, eon and eoff…) for different product segments
- Equipment Setup: Perform the installation, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and operation of laboratory test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope and voltage probes)
- Calibration: Perform equipment calibration
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the correct organization of the lab and workstation to meet all safety standards

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Currently studying electrical engineering or a similar field
- Electronic knowledge: Power electronic switching components knowledge, previous experience in electronic measurements
- Languages: Have a good level of Hungarian and English knowledge (mandatory)
