Job Description

The Manager of Business Development leads teams of 8-12 BDRs that are responsible for producing a pipeline for Account Executives. These prospects are aligned to produce new and expand billings within our multi-product offerings. They align with sales leaders and support specific groups and segments, while working with Marketing partners to utilize Marketing Campaigns to produce the pipeline needed.
Must have:
  • Responsible for and accountable to the recruiting, training, development, progression, mentorship, and delivery of individual BDRs on your team
  • Conducting regular team meetings and 1:1s- including a recap of the team’s results and driving accountability to performance and targets
  • Evaluation and evolution of the current systems, strategies, and messages of the team

The Manager of Business Development leads teams of 8-12 BDRs that are responsible for producing a pipeline for Account Executives. Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
  • This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
  • Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

The US base salary range for this role is $107,100 - $128,800 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
