As the Manager of DC Infrastructure Expense Management at Lambda, you will lead expense governance across Data Center and Network portfolios. This critical role involves strategic planning, supplier management, and business operations, ensuring infrastructure investments are transparent, well-managed, and aligned with growth. You will collaborate with account managers, finance, and leadership to track portfolio health, forecast spend, and identify efficiency opportunities. Must Have

  • Lead end-to-end expense management for Data Center and Network portfolios.
  • Partner with DC and Network Account Managers for expense forecasts.
  • Drive portfolio reporting across forecast vs. actuals, spend trends.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive insights.
  • Support supplier negotiations with cost analysis, benchmarking, and modeling.
  • Implement process improvements for expense tracking and reporting.
  • Shape automation and tooling solutions for scalable governance.

What You’ll Do

As the Manager of DC Infrastructure Expense Management, you will own expense governance across Lambda’s Data Center and Network portfolios. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, supplier management, and strategic planning—ensuring our infrastructure investments are well-managed, transparent, and aligned with growth priorities. You’ll partner closely with DC and Network Account Managers, Finance, and leadership to track portfolio health, forecast spend, and identify opportunities for efficiency and reinvestment.

You will:

  • Lead end-to-end expense management for Lambda’s Data Center and Network portfolios, ensuring visibility into all recurring and variable costs.
  • Partner with DC and Network Account Managers to align expense forecasts with demand plans and supplier delivery.
  • Drive portfolio reporting across forecast vs. actuals, spend trends, and key cost drivers.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide executives with clear, actionable insights into portfolio performance.
  • Support supplier negotiations and renewals with cost analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline expense tracking, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
  • Help shape automation and tooling solutions to support scalable, data-driven portfolio governance.
  • Lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

  • Experienced in managing large-scale infrastructure expense portfolios, ideally across data center, network, or cloud environments.
