Job Description
This Manager / Deputy Manager role involves team management, ensuring team members are trained on Nissan’s Warranty Policies and Procedures. Responsibilities include daily task monitoring, delivery management, and business intelligence tool management. The role also includes reporting development, standards review, and adherence to Nissan Warranty policy and procedures. Additional tasks encompass TopX Market Governance analysis, Flat Rate Schedule Validation & Management, Product Information Bulletin Review and Claiming Conditions, and New Model OPC Validation & Setup.
Must have:
- Team management skills
- Understanding of Nissan Warranty Policies and Procedures
- Experience with business intelligence tools.
- Reporting development skills
