Job Summary:
Reporting to the Snr Manager CoS OCFO/OCOO, the Manager will partner closely across the business, serving as the connection point between teams to effectively drive alignment and delivery of initiatives and projects. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, executive/C-suite level communication including the ability to sharply tell narratives and strategic thinking through PowerPoint, email and verbally, and the ability to bring clarity and focus to complex priorities.
Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes.
- Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements.
- Partner with various departments to understand business trends.
- Drive business or process improvements within the function.
- Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
- Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
- Promote transparent reporting and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics and evaluating progress.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
- Maintain and manage the centralized inbox on behalf of CoS and annual meetings calendar for Finance & Ops Organization
- Manage and prepare briefing materials for key meetings for OCFO/OCOO.
- Standardize processes, templates, and tools for reporting, planning, and communication.
- Serve as a hub for internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Draft executive communications (emails, all hands meetings, updates).
- Coordinate and deliver leadership offsites, FinOps team meetings, planning workshops, and all hands meetings incl agenda setting, content requirements and centralization, minutes, actions/follow-ups.
- Strengthen employee engagement through structured listening and development of an annual employee engagement activity calendar.
- Partner with HR to align on meeting calibrations and alignment for talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal), with experience preparing materials for senior forums.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage senior-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and simplifying complexity into action.
