Job Description

The Manager Facility Management will provide administrative and facility management support to the DNEG India team. Responsibilities include business continuity planning, strategic planning, space and asset management, vendor development and management, sourcing and supply chain management, budgeting and expense control, infrastructure maintenance and management, safety and security management, documentation and record management, travel and transport management, management of branch offices, liaison with authorities, and general administration and facility management. This role also involves ensuring facilities meet the needs of multiple projects, coordinating with IT, monitoring facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance, developing monitoring systems, calculating costs for goods and services, and planning for future development. The candidate must be well organized, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator at all levels, with a passion for film and VFX.

Key Purpose of the Job:   
To provide administrative and facility management support to the Dneg India team.   
  
Needs to Do:   
  • Business Continuity Planning   
  • Strategic Planning, Space and Asset Management. Build outs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities)   
  • Vendor Development & Management   
  • Sourcing & Supply Chain Management: Ensuring availability of raw materials & capital equipment at the right cost and at the right time   
  • Budgeting & Expense Control: Monthly monitoring and review of Budgets & Expenses to ensure that the business is moving in the right direction and the resources and requirements are identified   
  • Infrastructure Maintenance / Management   
  • Safety and Security Management   
  • Ensure proper documentation and record management   
  • Travel and Transport Management   
  • Management of Branch offices   
  • Liaison with concerned Authorities for work related to Admin   
  • General Administration and Facility Management   
  • Ensure facilities meet needs of multiple individual projects and coordinate with IT staff for technological needs. 
  • Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance. 
  • Develop monitoring systems or programs in institutions to detect problems in the initial stage. 
  • Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money 
  • Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives 
  • Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities 
  • Creating MIS
