As a Sales Manager, you will lead a diverse and experienced team of 10+ professionals, including Account Managers, Business Developers, and Customer Success Managers. You are responsible for achieving commercial objectives, coaching your team, and maintaining strategic customer relationships. You will develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market developments, and collaborate closely with marketing and finance. Must have:

  • Build lasting customer relationships and handle difficult conversations constructively.
  • Connect people and interests within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales.
  • Leadership experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Strong personality, able to remain calm in dynamic settings.

What will you do?

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a diverse and experienced team of 10+ professionals, including Account Managers, Business Developers, and Customer Success Managers. You are responsible for achieving commercial objectives, coaching your team, and maintaining strategic customer relationships.

You will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • Coach and motivate your team, consisting of professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels;
  • Be actively involved with your team, especially with strategic accounts and important contract negotiations;
  • Analyze market developments and translate them into concrete actions;
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and sales initiatives;
  • Work closely with Finance to set up sharp analyses and forecasts;
  • Provide structure and direction in a sometimes dynamic and chaotic environment;
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and know how to conduct difficult conversations constructively;
  • Connect people and interests, both within the team and with customers and stakeholders.
